PHYSICAL QUALITIES

Jotunbrud tower over even half-orcs, standing between 7 and 8 feet tall and weighing between 240 and 340 pounds. Their skin ranges from pale or bluish (Storm/Cloud/Frost Giant Heritage) to ruddy or dark brown (Fire/Stone/Hill Giant heritage). Hair color tends to mirror that of their giant forbearers as well. Jotunbrud have life spans comparable to those of humans. Jotunbrud have no set culture, as they are simply throwbacks to a human family’s giantish ancestors. As such, they reflect the culture of their human parentage. The majority of Jotunbrud are of Illuskan decent due to that people’s interaction with the ancient fallen giant empire of Ostria.

The Jotunbrud native to the Galeport region are the descendants of Duke Grungir Ironfist or his close family and are unique from other Jotunbrud, as their giantish heritage is buried much less shallowly in history. As a result of this, they breed much more true than other Jotunbrud. They are the genetic norm in their families, as opposed to being occasional aberrations.
